Sadly, Babe was killed in the 2008 sweeps tornado that hit Pine Valley.  She and JR remarried while she was in the hospital at death's door and she died shortly after in his arms.

He is currently married to Babe Chandler (2006).  Previous marriages include Babe Carey (2003; Invalid - she was still married to Paul Cramer) and Babe Carey again (June 2004; divorced 2005)

David returned to town to check on his daughter, Babe, only to have her die from injuries sustained in the Pine Valley sweeps tornado.  He is currently attempting to seduce Krystal away from Tad Martin and has blackmailed Joe Martin into surrendering the Chief of Staff job to him.

Di was revealed to be the person watching young Emma during Annie Lavery's reign of terror.  When Di realized what was going on, Annie attacked her, they struggled for the gun and Di was shot and killed.

Angie married, divorced and remarried Jesse Hubbard.  He was declared dead in 1988 and she subsequently married Charles Harrison and divorced, then Jacob Foster and divorced.  She and Jesse remarried in 2008.

Angie returned to Pine Valley to treat a man, Quentin, who had a mysterious illness and was later revealed to be her son, Frankie, who was MIA from the Gulf War.  Quentin was cured and shortly after, Jesse, who was thought to be dead, returned and they remarried.

After being MIA from the Gulf War, Frankie returned to Pine Valley, calling himself Quintin.  He contracted a mysterious disease from drinking from a succulent plant that was poisonous.  His own mother was called in as a specialist on the case and they were reunited.  She diagnosed and cured Frankie.

Frankie is currently involved with ex-prostitute, Randi Morgan.  He has one child, William, with Mia Saunders.

• Jesse Hubbard

Jesse is the son of Lionel and Ellie Grant Hubbard.

Jesse has three children:  Frankie (with Angie), Natalia (with Dr. Rebecca Fowler, who was a long-term relationship while he was "dead") and Cassandra Foster (step-daughter via Angie).

Jesse was presumed dead for 20 years when he was actually hiding out from his kidnappers in order to protect his family.  During that time, he had a committed relationship with Dr. Rebecca Fowler and they had a daughter together.  Jesse and Angie were reunited on Valentine's Day 2008 and remarried shortly after.
 

• Erica Kane

Played by Susan Lucci since the show debuted in 1970 (the character of Erica was 17 at the time)  Since the show began, Erica's birth date has been given as 1954 (meaning she would now be over 50 years old), 1956 and now, 1962.

Ryan Aloysius Lavery (once stated to be named John Ryan Curry) is the son of Patrick Lavery and Gail Curry.  He has one living brother, Jonathan Lavery, a sister, Erin Lavery, who was killed by the satin slayer and a deceased brother, Braden Lavery.

Ryan was thought for some time to be the son of Chris Stamp.

Ryan has been married four times, twice to Gillian Andrassy (divorced, then widowed), once to Greenlee Smythe DuPres (divorced) and once to Annie McDermott (divorced).

Ryan has two children.  Emma McDermott was conceived when Annie McDermott, Emma's mother, sought fertilization via a sperm bank where Ryan had donated.  Ryan also has a son, Spike, with Kendall Hart, who was also artificially inseminated with his sperm in hopes of providing a child for his grieving widow, Greenlee, when it was thought that Ryan was dead.

Josh has never been married and has no children.  He is brother to Bianca and Kendall.

Josh left town when Zach Slater threatened to have him killed for embezzling millions from Cambias Industries.

Kendall is the daughter of Erica Kane and Richard Fields (who raped Erica).  She has a half-sister (Bianca Montgomery) and a half-brother (Josh Madden), both via Erica.  She also has a half-brother named Ben Shepherd via Richard.  Erica put Kendall up for adoption at birth and she was raised by Bill and Alice Hart.

Kendall is currently married (for the second time) to Zach Slater.  She was previously married to Anton Lang (divorced) and to Zach Slater (divorced in 2005).

She has two child, Spike Lavery, with Ryan Lavery, conceived by artificial insemination when it was thought that Ryan was dead in an attempt to give Greenlee, Ryan's grieving "widow" a child from Ryan. Greenlee thought the baby was conceived using her own egg and when she learned the child was Kendall and Ryan's, so left town in a huff, leaving a very pregnant Kendall behind to raise the child on her own, co-parenting with Ryan and Zach.  Kendall also has another son, Ian, with her current husband, Zach Slater.

Kendall is currently in a coma following injuries sustained in Pine Valley's sweeps week tornados.

Zach is the son of Alexander and Amelia Cambias.  Born Alexander Cambias, Jr, at the age of 18, he faked his death and assumed the identity of Zach Slater (the name of a boarding school friend).

Slater had one brother, Michael Cambias, who is now deceased).

Zach married Kendall Hart in 2005.  The couple divorced that same year, but remarried in 2006 and are still together.

He had one son, Ethan Ramsey (with Hannah Nichols, a teen fling - he did not know she was pregnant when he faked his death and disappeared), who was tragically killed at the Mardi Gras explosion rigged by Janet Dillon.

He and Kendall have one child, Ian Slater and he is the father to Gabrielle Montgomery, the daughter of Kendall's sister, Bianca, via artificial insemination.

Taylor Thompson while jogging and was immediately interested in her.  She was revealed to be an enthusiastic Gulf War soldier whose fiancé had been killed overseas.  She had previously served with Dr. Frankie Hubbard and was in Pine Valley to give him an award.  A foot injury further complicated by a fall left Taylor unable to walk until recently.  She is eager to return to the Gulf War, but she is unable to be cleared for return due to her injuries.

She learned that Brot Monroe, her fiancé, is actually alive, but is badly burned.  He is resistant to a relationship with her due to his injuries despite his continued love for her.  Jake Martin put the brakes on their budding romance once he learned Brot was alive and saw the depth of Taylor's feelings for him.

Reese is currently engaged to Bianca Montgomery and the two have a daughter, Gabrielle, conceived via artificial insemination with Bianca's brother-in-law, Zach Slater, as the donor. 

Reese has a troubled family life in that her parents do not accept that she is gay and have disowned her as a result.

Born Freddie Luper, Zarf was a stage name that quickly became Zoe when it was revealed that he is a transgendered person. 

Zarf is unmarried and has no children, currently living in Paris.
